Ricardo needed a themed playground that felt immersive, imaginative, and safe—something that would instantly capture a child’s curiosity while complementing the restaurant’s atmosphere. With this direction, our team began crafting a complete dinosaur-themed indoor play environment.

Ricardo Pereira, a restaurant owner in Brazil, wanted to elevate his dining experience by attracting more families with children. His restaurant included a 500㎡ unused indoor area, and he saw an opportunity to transform it into an engaging kids’ zone that would increase customer stay time and overall revenue. After reviewing Miland’s product catalog, Ricardo expressed strong interest in building a Dinosaur World Indoor Playground to match his vision.

Design Concept & Planning

Miland proposed a fully customized Dinosaur World Indoor Playground design inspired by prehistoric adventures and iconic dinosaur landscapes. The concept included:

Dinosaur-shaped play structures such as T-rex tunnels, stegosaurus climbers, and Jurassic-themed slides

A vibrant prehistoric color palette blending earthy tones and vivid greens to create an adventurous visual environment

Interactive zones featuring fossil-dig play pits, sensory sand areas, and themed obstacle courses

Safe soft-play sections tailored for younger children

Photo-friendly dinosaur sculptures that enhance the restaurant’s branding and encourage social media sharing

We aimed to create a playground that keeps children entertained while giving parents time to enjoy their meals—turning the restaurant into a preferred family destination.

Project Process: From Idea to Installation

Our team began with in-depth discussions to understand Ricardo’s goals, customer demographics, and restaurant layout. We developed detailed 3D renderings that allowed him to visualize the flow and thematic atmosphere clearly. Once approved, our production team executed each component with strict quality control to ensure safety, durability, and aesthetic accuracy.

Installation proceeded smoothly within the available space. The Miland team coordinated timelines around the restaurant’s operating hours to avoid disruption and provided onsite training to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Operation & Feedback

After launch, the Dinosaur World Indoor Playground immediately captured attention. Parents appreciated the safe, engaging environment for their children, while kids loved the dinosaur-themed adventures and interactive features.

Ricardo reported increased family traffic, longer customer stay times, and higher overall sales. The playground quickly became a core attraction of his restaurant, helping him differentiate from competitors and build a loyal customer base.

Encouraged by the strong results, Ricardo plans to expand the playground further and add more dinosaur-themed interactive elements with Miland’s support.
