Project Overview

Date: June 25, 2024

Location: Myanmar

Project Name: Construction Industry Indoor Playground

Using the floor plan provided by Ko Htet Win, Miland crafted a specialized indoor playground inspired by the bustling world of construction. The goal was to deliver a safe, engaging space that motivates children to explore, create, and learn through play.

Ko Htet Win, an ambitious business owner from Myanmar, aimed to create an innovative indoor playground that combines fun with hands-on learning. With a 520 sqm site available, he wanted a unique environment where children can role-play as builders and engineers, developing creativity and practical skills. Ko Htet Win entrusted Miland to deliver a turnkey solution that transforms his vision into a thriving reality.

Design Concept

Our design team brought the construction industry to life within the 520 sqm playground by simulating authentic building site scenarios tailored for children.

Mini cranes and building blocks encouraging teamwork and motor skill development

Interactive tool stations where kids experiment with “construction” tasks

Excavation-themed sand pits providing sensory exploration and tactile play

Kid-sized dump trucks and diggers that teach cause and effect through hands-on operation

Challenging obstacle courses that mimic construction site activities, promoting physical fitness and problem-solving

Role-playing zones equipped with safety helmets and blueprints to spark imagination and collaborative play

Every design element enhances children’s cognitive and physical growth while immersing them in a vivid construction world. The layout ensures clear sightlines for caregivers and optimizes space utilization for smooth movement and safety.
